The "AFD SYSTEM" is a product that assists in closing sliding doors at the moment they are about to close. By using a "soft close upper hanging wheel" at the top of the door and a "multi-soft close unit" at the bottom, the soft close mechanism activates approximately 120mm before the frame when opening and approximately 50mm before the frame when closing. To address this, SKB has combined two different actions, "deceleration" and "retraction," using an oil damper and a tension spring to enhance them into a comfortable series of movements within a single unit. Additionally, it can be installed on a compact rail with a small cross-section of 28×24mm, achieving stylish details that do not obstruct the interior. With our "soft close mechanism," there are no impact sounds or gaps left when closing or opening.
